Product Overview
Lactic Acid (C₃H₆O₃) is a naturally-occurring organic acid produced by fermentation. Available in 80–90% food-grade concentrations, it is used as an acidulant, flavour enhancer, and preservative in dairy, meat, beverages, and baked goods. Orbitron supplies L(+) and DL-forms from GMP-certified facilities.
